Student Record and Transcript Requests

Requesting Student Records

Important Update: New Records Request Protocol – Effective December 2024

Beginning December 2024, Powhatan County Public Schools (PCPS) will implement a new, secure process for requesting and sending student records. This updated protocol applies to both current and former students and is designed to streamline the records request process while ensuring the highest level of security and efficiency.

All records requests must now be submitted electronically through our new online system, Scribbles, at: https://powhatanva.scriborder.com/

Please be aware that PCPS will no longer accept or fulfill records requests submitted via fax or email. All requests must go through the Scribbles portal to be processed.

We appreciate your cooperation as we move to this more efficient and secure method of managing student records. If you have any questions or need assistance with the online system, please don’t hesitate to reach out through the contact information provided on the Scribbles website.
